Good For the Body & Soul



I guess I never realized the impact yoga could have on your body until I started taking classes. The more you do yoga the better your body feels. The body opens up and the soul absorbs all of those good feelings. Our class today was at the beach and the gentle movements of the waves and the cool breeze made for an extraordinary class. Flexibility is something we all lose when we start to get older, with yoga you can regain that and more. What a wonderful way to start my day!
